The Luton Irish Forum building is a busy, friendly place. It’s full of people of all ages doing what they enjoy most - socialising and having fun!
This ranges from our Baby & Toddler Group having storytime while they make seasonal crafts to Crafty Cuppa, where your wool donations are made into saleable items for local charities.
Staying active at any age is key to living your best life. Our Gentle Exercise and Line Dancing keep members fit and healthy and help people make new friends within the Irish community and beyond.
For bingo lovers there’s our Tuesday and Wednesday clubs, with prizes and money to be won.
Fancy a game of cards or dominos? We’ve two clubs where members regularly meet in friendly competition.

Tea & Chat meets weekly with external speakers keeping members up to date on health matters and helps them engage in local consultations.
Music more your thing? We’ve a choir, a pipeband, an Irish trad group and Musicardo.

St Brigid’s 2025
St Brigid is the Matron saint of Ireland. Here at LIF we commemorate her feast day with an afternoon tea that celebrates an aspect of Irish female achievement or history.
This will be our 9th St Brigid’s celebration. We’ve explored the role of women in the Easter Rising and the suffragettes who campaigned for the vote. We’ve championed the Irish female contribution to the NHS, film, comedy, sport and fashion.
We believe in flying the tricolour for local women of Irish heritage, highlighting success stories in business, sport and community involvement.
This year we’ll be taking a walk down the aisle - with Irish Women Get Married!
We’ll be looking at wedding customs past and present, discovering more about some famous Irish love stories and enjoying a 5 star afternoon tea at Venue 360.
Join us and enjoy our special earlybird offers.
