Women’s Aid Irish Stew Masterchef
Judging got serious at the Women’s Aid Irish Stew Masterchef. 4 teams of Women's Aid in Luton residents competed to cook up the perfect Irish stew – with maybe a sprinkling of spices for variety. Ex Chef Keith Whitwell, joined with Gaby, Donna and Claire from Luton Women’s Aid to taste test and debate the merits of 4 fab dishes. Tough decision but in the end, Group D won the day for ‘really nice flavour, with a bit of a poke. Tender, well cooked meat. Lovely on a cold day, with an earthy flavour.’ The winning recipe will feature in the Luton Womens Aid Calendar.
